What is/isn’t included with the price of my cruise?
In addition to admission to the Think Floyd USA concerts, special parties, and VIP Meet & Greets, the following are included in the price of your room:

  • All meals (there’s gourmet fare in the formal dining rooms, casual indoor and  outdoor grills open for meals throughout the day and 24 hour room service)
  • Non-carbonated beverages (i.e. tea, juices, coffee)
  • Entrance to ships bars, casino and lounges, etc.
  • Use of the ship’s beautiful pools, waterpark, and golf course
  • Use of the ship’s health and fitness center
  • Camp Carnival facilities (excluding babysitting service) if you’re bringing your children

These Items are Not Included:

  • Gambling
  • Spa & beauty salon
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Any meals, events or tours while in Port
  • Airfare
  • Ground transportation
  • Cruise insurance
  • Excursions
  • Meals and activities while visiting Nassau

How do I make a reservation?
Placing a reservation is very easy.   Just call our lovely travel expert Kim Davenport from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST at 847.597.5601. She is also available via email at kdavenport@bannockburn.com

Why Purchase travel insurance?
Travel protection provides you with the necessary coverage to help safeguard your travel “investment” from unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip
  • Jury duty
  • Job layoff or termination

We recommend you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance through a company called AccessAmerica. A description of coverage as well as a full policy is available online at their website at accessamerica.com or by calling 800.228.9792.

Do I need a passport?
Yes, you will need a passport to board the ship.

What if I have special Dietary, Medical or Physical Needs?
You will need to contact  Carnival’s Guest Access Services Desk at 1.800.327.9501, extension 70025 and let them know about any dietary, medical or physical needs at least 14 days prior to cruise departure.

Is the cruise All Ages?
Yes – however anyone under age 18 must travel with an adult.

What is the dress code onboard?
Dress casually and comfortably. You just can’t wear bathing suits or ripped clothing in the dining room. There will be one formal dinner onboard that you are welcome to get a little more dressed up for, but even that is fairly casual.
