Terms & Conditions
FCm Bannockburn Travel Solutions can accept trip cancellations with the following criteria:
- Cancellations that are received on or before December 1, 2008 are fully refundable.
- Cancellations received on or after December 2, 2008 and prior to January 31, 2009 are subject to 50% per person penalty and refunds will not be issued until after the trip is completed.
- Cancellations received or after February 1, 2009 and prior to March 1, 2009 are subject to 75% per person penalty and refunds will not be issued until after the trip is completed.
- Cancellations received on or after March 2, 2009 and prior to May 1, 2009 are in full penalty of trip policy, which concludes no refund.
- Cancellations via email to kdavenport@bannockburn.com or groups@bannockburn.com or registered mail to FCm Bannockburn Travel Solutions Headquarters ONLY accepted.
- Forms of payment accepted: Check, Money Order or Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards – credit payments incur a 3% service fee by the credit card company.
Fuel surcharges and increase in government taxes, if any, which are beyond our control, will be charged accordingly.
NOTE: All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until accommodations available to Kiqstart Music – Great Gig in the Sea Cruise have been booked. Requests for reservations received after all accommodations have been booked will be noted and kept on a waitlist only basis, in the event of a cancellation.
RESPONSIBILITY: FCm Bannockburn Travel Solutions and Kiqstart Music and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of any air, water, or surface carriers, ship line, because all of these suppliers are independent contractors. FCm Bannockburn Travel Solutions and Kiqstart Music and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity, which may be caused or contributed to:
- By any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors;
- By any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipments, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation, which is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any of these suppliers;
- By any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under the direct control of FCm Bannockburn Travel Solutions / Kiqstart Music, respectfully;
- By any other cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the direct control of FCm Bannockburn Travel Solutions / Kiqstart Music, respectfully.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: Proof of citizenship is required in the form of a Passport. Passengers are required to present a government-issued Passport upon check-in. Non-U.S. Citizens should contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation.
AIRPORT DEPARTURE: You must arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight departure time.
2008 PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A deposit of 50% per person is due along with the registration form to secure your trip. Balance of trip will be billed accordingly. 50% per person is due by December 1, 2008; full payment is due by January 1, 2009.
